Bachelor’s degree in Business Organization and Management from the Lisbon School of Economics and Management (ISEG) and Chartered Accountant (ROC No. 1038).

Background, History, Banking/BAI Experience
Ana Cláudia Gonçalves Lourenço Gomes began her professional career at Ernst & Young, Lda in 1990 and remained there until 1997 as a Financial Auditor. In 1998, she started her own business as an individual Chartered Accountant, successfully completing the Chartered Accountant course.

In 2004, she founded Ana Gomes & Cristina Doutor, SROC, Lda. She works with companies from various sectors including public sector, services, real estate, among others.

Between 2014 and 2016, she was appointed member of the Audit Committee of Banco BNI Europa, where she conducted quarterly monitoring of the bank’s activities and actively participated in some Board of Directors’ meetings.

Since early 2022, she has been a member of the Audit Committee at Banco BAI Europa.
