Our Visa Debit Card

At BAI Europa, after opening an online account, your Debit Card will be sent to your address.

If you open your account in person, you can choose whether or not you want the card.

If you wish to request your card only after opening your account, request a replacement card, or request a card for a joint account holder, please fill in the form below and submit it in person at our branch or send it by email to clientes.particulares@baieuropa.pt

After validation, the card will be sent to your address.

No, subscribing to a Debit Card is not compulsory. However, the Debit Card is required to make payments or transactions from your BAI Europa current account.

The annual fee is waived for the first year. From the second year onwards, the fee is €15.60 per year.

To activate your Debit Card, log in to BAI Europa Directo, go to Menu > Cards > Activate, enter the number of the card you wish to activate, and confirm.

Alternatively, you can also submit the card activation form in person at our branch or by email to clientes.particulares@baieuropa.pt

You can cancel your BAI Europa Debit Card at any time, free of charge, through our Internet Banking, under Cards > Cancel > Select the card you wish to cancel > Select the reason for cancellation > Confirm.

You can also do this at one of our branches by submitting the debit card cancellation form.

To renew your Kamba Card, please call us on (+351) 213 513 750, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm, to schedule your renewal. You’ll need to bring the card and your ID to a branch, where the renewal will be processed on the spot.
