The Bank ensures its Clients access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, having, for this purpose, joined the Arbitration Centre of the Portuguese Catholic University, the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre of Lisbon, and the Arbitration Centre for Civil, Commercial, and Administrative Disputes of the Portuguese Bar Association.
