Background, History, Banking/BAI Experience
Inokcelina Ben’ África Correia dos Santos began her career at BAI as Technical Credit Coordinator in 1999. She served as Credit Director from 2006 to 2009, at which point she was promoted to Coordinating Director. Inokcelina Santos has been an Executive Director at Banco BAI since 2010 and concurrently serves as Secretary of the General Assembly Board of Banco BISTP, S.A., and as a Member of the Remuneration Committee of Banco BAI Micro Finanças, S.A. She is a member of the Advisory Committee of FIPA I and FIPA II. She has been a Non-Executive Director of Banco BAI Europa since 2021.
