On 26 January, we hosted our Commercial Kick-off at the Epic Sana Hotel, marking the beginning of the year for BAIE’s business areas.
The event brought together our business teams, Directors from each department, and members of BAI Europa’s Executive and Non-Executive Management. The main objective was to review the achievements of the previous year and set the goals for the year ahead.
The key message shared was the importance of maintaining high standards and staying focused on our work — critical elements for business success, achievable only through commitment and motivation.
At the event’s conclusion, we also presented awards to employees Marco Silva, Ana Sofia Ramos, Janine Ludy Santos, João Costa, and Susana Santos, in recognition of their outstanding performance in 2023. Congratulations!
