On 24 January, we hosted our Commercial Kick-Off, marking the start of the year for BAI Europa’s business areas.
The event, held at the EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel, allowed teams to review results from 2024 and set goals for the sales and marketing teams in 2025, the final year of our 2021-25 Strategic Plan.
This morning also included the annual Performance Awards presentation for 2024. Congratulations to Duarte Leote, Joana Salvador, João Candeias, Catarina Rosario, and Gisela Fonseca for winning this year’s awards!
The Commercial Kick-Off also offered an opportunity for teams to enjoy a more social and team-building moment together.
