We have successfully completed the BAI Banker’s School 2025 program!
Over the past week, from April 7 to 11, BAI Europa hosted a group of trainees in Lisbon, who are professionals working at financial institutions partnered with BAI Europa in Lusophone African countries.
We observed great enthusiasm, motivation, and a strong desire to learn more about banking within this group!
During these days, the trainees had the opportunity to engage with various financial experts who covered topics related to Institutional Banking, Trading Floor, Trade Finance, Risk and Regulation, and Compliance.
In addition, participants also enjoyed some extracurricular activities designed to promote networking and to better familiarize themselves with the culture of our country!
This is always a highly rewarding experience for BAI Europa.
