On 2 June 2022, BODIVA-SGMR, SA (Angola Debt and Securities Exchange - Regulated Markets Management Company, SA) announced the results of the Public Offer for Sale (OPV) of 1,945,000 shares in BAI – Banco Angolano de Investimentos, SA. Demand for BAI’s shares exceeded the offer by 158.84%, with 842 of the 2,852 investors accepted, in what was BAI’s first offer of this kind.
Admission to trading on BODIVA is scheduled for 9 June 2022.
