This well-known African proverb reflects the journey of our CEO, Omar Guerra, who last week reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest point on the African continent at an impressive 5,895 metres!
Omar’s experience, part of Nova SBE Executive Education's Peak Performance Leadership programme, was one of the most intense and challenging tests he has ever faced. For six days, he and his team were pushed to their limits, confronting extreme challenges during moments of exhaustion.
In a place where the roots of the BAI Group are found, this journey also highlighted the power of group dynamics and diversity, showing how mutual support can take us further, making us stronger than in an individual expedition.
At the end of this experience, all participants will undoubtedly be left with a sense of enrichment, having developed self-awareness and essential skills, both personally and professionally.
