Closer and closer, with our New Digital Channels

We are excited to announce the launch of BAI Europa’s New Digital Channels.

As part of our ongoing commitment to digitalisation and communication, these channels include an updated internet banking service and a mobile app, enabling you to access BAI Europa Directo wherever you are, directly from your mobile phone.

Through the new digital channels, you can now access all your accounts with a single login. Once logged in, you can easily choose which account you wish to operate and view.

If you are a Private or Business Client, simply log in to the new channel, select the “Migrate Account” option, and follow the instructions. You will need your old username and password (if you have multiple access points, you can choose to migrate with any of them).

With the BAI Europa app, you will have all the advantages at your fingertips. You can perform various operations more quickly and easily, but always with security.

Request new cards or cancel existing ones

• Set up Term Deposits

• View your account statement or transaction receipts

 

To access BAI Europa Directo from your computer, simply use the usual access point on our institutional website.

To access it via mobile phone, download the BAI Europa App, available on Android and iOS.
