We launched the final stage of the year with our Commercial Kick-Off!
Last week, the BAIE team left Lisbon for Caldas da Rainha, where the 2025 Commercial Kick-Off took place at the SANA Silver Coast Hotel.
This event brought together the different business areas of BAI Europa – Retail and Correspondent Banking, Treasury and Structured Credit, and Marketing – in a moment of sharing results, aligning goals, and defining strategies through to the end of the year.
The Commercial Kick-Off also provided, at this end of summer, an opportunity to strengthen motivation, team spirit, and the bonds that make our organizational culture stronger.
An important step to enter the last quarter with focus, energy, and confidence!
